2. Define your needs, goals, timeframes, and establish expectations.
Once we are working together, we'll start by accurately defining your needs, dreams, and goals. 5. Make offers and negotiate a contract!
Every single negotiation is different, and it's never more important to have me on your side than while we are negotiating your deal. Sometimes it's appropriate to offer well above asking price. Sometimes it's appropriate to offer much less. I will expertly guide you through each unique home and situation to help you make the right offer to get the home you love without over paying and let the other homes go with confidence. 6. Contract to closing.
The escrow period between a signed contract and closing day is an important time. We will complete thorough due diligence on the home, and make sure the title and loan processes go smoothly. The most important items on your end will be securing a home inspection, negotiating repairs or credits, and staying up to date on your loan process with your lender. There are hundreds of other big and little things that can come up during your escrow period, and you can count on me to guide you to the closing table.
7. Close on your new home!
Once you've gone through the escrow process, you are ready to officially buy your new home! You'll sit down and sign closing and loan paperwork at the title company and I'll bring the champagne. Now it's time to celebrate!
