Mike and Cari Kaptur are the husband-and-wife team behind Homes 406 Team at REMAX All Stars, helping buyers and sellers throughout Missoula and Western Montana. With more than 20 years of real estate experience on the team, they bring two different perspectives to every move, along with straightforward advice, local knowledge, and a low-pressure approach.

Mike brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the Homes 406 Team, helping buyers and sellers throughout Missoula and Western Montana. His strength is building relationships, understanding what matters most to his clients, and helping them navigate the process with straightforward advice and a steady approach.
Having worked through just about every kind of market, Mike brings experience and perspective to everything from first homes and move-up purchases to land, investment properties, and complex transactions.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll usually find Mike fishing, boating, hiking, or cheering on the Griz.
Cari Kaptur

Cari brings a calm, organized approach to real estate, helping buyers and sellers throughout Missoula and Western Montana feel informed and confident throughout the process. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she spent 17 years as a nurse, an experience that shaped the way she communicates, solves problems, and helps people navigate big decisions.
With a love for systems, details, and research, Cari is usually the one digging into the numbers, anticipating the next step, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She especially enjoys helping clients understand their options without pressure, so they can make the decision that’s right for them.
Outside of real estate, Cari enjoys spending time with Mike and their two boys, getting outside in Western Montana, and cheering on whatever sport happens to be taking over the family calendar.
